A Caesars Interactive Entertainment representative will contact the three winners. Once notified, the winners will have three days to complete the required documentation and claim their prize. Players who have already received a seat in the Millionaire Maker Slot Tournament by any other means will not be eligible for a second seat.

Bonus play prizes

The bonus play prizes range from $10 all the way to $500. But before the bonus money itself along with any additional winnings therefrom will become available for withdrawal, the player must complete the following wagering requirements:

• Slots: 5x bonus
• Video Poker: 10x bonus
• All other games: 25x bonus

Players have up to seven days from the time they receive the bonus to complete the wagering. Sports wagers don’t count.
